Van Wert Family Physicians has been serving the Van Wert Community for over 45 years. Dr. Robert Adams and Dr. Terrance Johnson grew their two physician practice to a nine provider office that has over 35 staff members and sees more then 4,000 patients a year. Van Wert Family Physicians is independently owned by Dr. Robert Adams, Dr. Adam Houg, Dr. Rebecca Adams, Dr. Jacob Jones and Dr. Kristen Pollock.

*Saturday hours will vary – please call the office at 419.238.6251
Lab Hours
*Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 11:45am and 12:30pm – 3:15pm.
*1st Saturday of each month, 8:00am – 9:45am.
