Because insurance policies vary, we rely on the patient to check with their insurance company for their individual coverage. Your cooperation in providing us with current insurance information is the key to helping us receive the maximum allowed benefit from your insurance company. We bill most insurance plans if you have provided the correct information. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.

Our billing department staff is available during regular office hours to assist you in answering your questions regarding your account balance. If you are unable to pay your balance in full, we can arrange a budget plan for you. We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and now accepting CareCredit. For your convenience, we offer the option of making your credit card payments by phone. Co pays for the office visits are expected at time of check in.

By accepting your insurance as payment, we are extending you credit, and as such you are ultimately responsible to make sure your insurance company pays, and to know your plans coverage.
